  • Safety in scaffolding & staging

  • Safety in entering a confined space

  • Electrical equipment safety & inspection

  • Piping, valve & fitting safety

  • Welding & cutting safety

  • Fire prevention

  • Crane, Rigging & lifting safety

  • Health & safety disciplinary

ORIENTATION, TESTS & EXAMINATION

  • NCCER Examination

  • BATC Orientation

  • Refinery Safety Orientation

  • RSO Examination

  • Drug Testing (DISA 9 panel drug screen)

  • Refinery Site Specific Testing

All of IPS employees are fluent in non-idiomatic English, but as part of our training program in Manila, we provide an additional 40 hours of training in “Construction English” to ensure they can communicate when they arrive in the US.
